      The delivery process varies according to the address and shipping company. All your orders are delivered by express shipping. You can track your order with the shipping code provided.

      Domestic Shipment  "Sürat Cargo " Price Schedule:

 

      Invoice total  0,00 - 49,00 eu    - Shipment Cost is 3 euro

      Invoice total 50,00 -249,00 eu - Shipment Cost is 6 euro

      Invoice total  >250,00 eu           -  Shipment Cost ll be charged at the door.

 

    *The Other Shipment Options , the cost ll be calculated after ordering  then ll be charged at the door.

         You can track your order with the shipping code provided by  e-mail.

         After log in, click on your username on the right side of the homepage, and then check the

After your order is sent to the shipping company, you will be informed by SMS and e-mail and given your ‘’Shipping Code’’.

10.   My order was delivered, but I was not at home. What can I do?

 

If you are not at the shipping address when your order is delivered, it will be delivered to the neares brach, and you will be informed. You should pick up your order from the branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to our company.

 

11.     Will my orders purchased on different dates be delivered with the same shipping?

 

Each order will be considered as a separate dispatch. There is no guarantee that orders purchased on different dates will be shipped at the same time.

If you choose the Cash on Delivery payment method, your two orders may be delivered at the same time if your previous order has not been invoiced yet.
